Technologically at the highest level, down to earth at its core — FOERCH actually does everything right. However, in the area of e-commerce, the provider of commercial workshop, assembly and fastening products lagged significantly behind. Particularly serious: due to the lack of ordering function on mobile devices, sales potential of around 2.5 million euros remained unused.
With the help of an inventory analysis, our experienced local team was able to quickly identify the most relevant problems. In close cooperation with the customer, over 30 measures were defined and then implemented together. The Focus was on building online marketing and internal know-how as well as expanding cross-channel marketing, expanding resources and improving the user experience of the online shop.
The success was not long in coming — digital sales growth in the double-digit percentage range, valuable resource development through new employees in e-commerce, significant new customer growth and new opportunities through digital marketing channels.
