Corporate venture building is the process by which established companies create new and independently existing businesses from within the company. These so-called corporate ventures bring the speed of a start-up and at the same time systematic risk minimization for the parent company.

We built an AI driven matching platform for a personnel service provider as a digital attacker towards new digital incumbents. Etribes supported with an incubation team from concept to product using a multitude of market and tech prototypes with phase out to newly hired startup team.
#2 - App
We developed an E-Learning app as a new extension of service offering for a leading media platform where we build the overall customer experience from scratch focusing on moments of joy along the education journey to drive user retention and increase learning achievement.

Etribes ideated & built a full scale D2C social commerce business model for a large media company with the goal of extending existing media reach by social media reach in order to derive revenue through a new sales channel.

We developed a bidding system for one of the largest logistic players. From identifying the problems and understanding the demands we created a valid business model that was rolled out globally.
#6 - B2B
Sustainability and big data are huge trends for nowadays businesses. That is why we combined these two for a huge logistic provider and their customers. After digging deep into the topic we developed a SaaS that made logistics of the B2B customer more sustainable and transparent.
