Do you want to play an active role in shaping the digital transformation of leading companies and immerse yourself in the world of digital consulting? What you can expect:

• Responsibility as a sub-project manager: You will support and organise strategic, conceptual and implementation-oriented projects and act as a contact person for our customers. You will ensure that the project runs smoothly and that the solutions are tailored precisely to the individual needs of our customers.
• Holistic digital consulting: From strategic development and validation to successful implementation and scaling - you accompany the end-to-end transformation of our customers and advise them on the optimal realisation and development of content.
• Focus on digital trends: You dive deep into the latest developments in digitalisation and work on topics that will shape the future of our clients - from innovative business models to e-commerce and disruptive technologies.
• Innovation and design of new offerings: You will support the design of new service offerings, sales activities and the further development of Etribes.
  

• You have several years of professional experience in digital consulting or a similar environment, ideally with a focus on e-commerce, digital business or digital transformation.
• You have proven project experience in strategic consulting and in the implementation of digital initiatives.
• You have a very good technical understanding and a high affinity for digital business models and innovations.
• You have strong analytical skills, combined with the ability to quickly understand and solve complex issues in a structured manner.
• You have a high degree of initiative, flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility.
• You have empathy, team spirit and strong communication skills – you understand how to cultivate and shape relationships both internally and externally.
• You have excellent German and English skills.
