You will join our Tech & Data Team, where you'll work on implementing AI-based solutions, from Proof-of-Concepts to real-life projects, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your daily work will include the following tasks:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based software solutions, such as chatbots or companion helpers, using Python and frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) techniques and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI-based systems.

• Develop and optimize conversational AI pipelines, including intent recognition, entity extraction, dialogue management, and response generation.

• Integrate AI-based software with external APIs, databases, and other systems to enable seamless data flow and functionality.

• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques to prepare training data for AI or enhanced retrieval.

• Conduct model training, validation, and testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of AI-based software.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed AI systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary optimizations.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and user guides.

• Experience with AI and NLP frameworks such as Langchain, Haystack, or similar libraries.

• Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques. In the areas of natural language processing and conversational AI.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.

• Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Either a degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience of at least 3 years in this area. We value diverse educational and career backgrounds.

What else would be nice:

• Proficiency in Python programming language.

• Experience in evaluating the performance of AI-based tools, including metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and perplexity

• Familiarity with techniques for measuring the effectiveness of chatbots and companion helpers, such as user engagement metrics, conversation quality assessments, and user satisfaction surveys

• Understanding of language models, such as transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT)

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques for NLP tasks.

• Knowledge of conversational AI components, including intent recognition, entity extraction, dialogue management, and response generation.

• Understanding of data storage and retrieval systems, such as databases or search engines.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in integrating AI-based software with external systems.

• Problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in AI-based systems.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.

• Commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and related fields.
